Safety & Security
We all want to feel safe in the environment where we choose to live and learn, and MCPHS takes campus safety and security very seriously. Although reported crime at MCPHS is low, it is important for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to remember that the university is located in an urban setting and shares many of the safety issues that exist in any city. Preserving the safety and security of the university is the combined responsibility of the entire community.
Public Safety Boston
The MCPHS Department of Public Safety is staffed 24 hours a day to respond to any emergencies, both personal and building-related. The Department of Public Safety responds to any type of safety issues and is responsible for Access Control, IDs, all key requests, parking enforcement, lost & found, and lockers. If you require any assistance in any of these areas please do not hesitate to stop by the Public Safety Desk in the lobby of the Fennell Building or call 617.732.2900.
